Chara Branched algae that has the appearance of a vascular plant; shoots have a sequence of whorls of branches; produces dense growth on the bottom; when crushed produces a distinct skunky or musky odor. Teton® use rate: 0.5 ppm for 4 – 8 hrs (0.22 – 0.45 gal/CFS)
